[252] 2nd class compartment wagon "Berlin-Warszawa-Express", PKP

Model: With current Epoch VI lettering and different running numbers than item no. 861306. Prototype: The train connection Berlin-Warszawa-Express was put into service in 2001 and today three pairs of trains connect the two capitals Berlin and Warszawa daily. The trains are provided with a passenger wagon fleet that consists of wagons from the DB and the PKP. The wagons are in uniform white livery and blue window hinges and bear the sign "Berlin-Warszawa-Express". On the Polish tracks the new Siemens "Taurus" locomotives type PKP 183/370 pull the trains whereas in Germany the versitile TRAXX locomotives from Bombardier are being used.
